This tab is used to track tasks that are performed at the selected community. For each tracked item you can define when the task was last Completed or if a Work Order is completed for this Location/Item/Task, the Completed date will be updated with the Work Order Completed date automatically, and enter the approximate age of when the last time the task was completed.
Tracked Items
Locations/Items/Tasks are defined on the Community Detail > Maintenance > Maintenance Definition tab as well as in the Locations and Location Item Definitions Tables under System Administration > Maintenance Setup.
For each tracked item, you can:
Define when the task was last Completed or if a WO is completed for this Location/Item/Task, the Completed date will be updated with the WO. Completed date automatically.
Enter the approximate age of when the last time the task was completed
Based on the Completed Date or Age, the Life Span and the Years Remaining before the task should be performed again will be displayed.
If the task is overdue, the Years Remaining will be displayed in red.
If there is an open Work Order, the WO. Nbr will be displayed.
