Change Password Expiration Date

This task is used to change the password expiration date for employees with system access. User passwords expire based on the number of days defined in System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables - Business Constants.

To change a password expiration date, follow these steps:

1.         Go to System Administration > Employees Tab.

2.         Go to Tasks > Change Password Expiration Date.

3.         A list of employees with system access appears along with their password expiration dates.

4.         Select the employees for whom you want to change the password expiration date by selecting the check boxes next to their names.

5.         Enter or select the date on the calendar.

6.         Click Apply to Selected.

7.         If you want to set different password expiration dates to individual employees, enter or select the date for each employee in the New Expiration Date column.

8.         Click Finished.
