This task is used to reset an employee's password back to their default password. User passwords expire based on the number of days defined in System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables - Business Constants.
Note
If you try to access this task for an employee who does not have system access, the Allow Employee System Access task will be displayed instead.
To reset an employee's password, follow these steps:
1. Go to System Administration > Employees Tab.
2. Highlight the employee whose password you want to reset.
3. Go to Tasks > Reset Employee Password.
4. Verify that you have selected the correct employee.
5. Click Finished.
