Revoke Employee System Access

This task is used when you want to remove an employee's system access.

When revoking the system access of a user who has access to more than one database, excluding training databases, the user's system access will only be revoked from the database in which you are performing the task.

To revoke an employee's system access, follow these steps:

1.         Go to System Administration > Employees Tab.

2.         Highlight the employee whose system access you want to revoke.

3.         Go to Tasks > Revoke Employee System Access.

4.         Verify that you have selected the correct employee.

5.         Click Finished.
