On this tab, you can track tasks that are performed for the selected amenity. For each tracked item, you can define when the task was completed or if a work order has been completed for the location, item, or task. The completion date is automatically updated with the date on which the work order was completed, and you can also enter the approximate age of the task.
Locations, items, and tasks are defined on the Amenity Detail > Maintenance > Maintenance Definition tab, as well as on the Locations and Location Item Definitions tables in System Administration > Maintenance Setup.
For each tracked item, you can review the following:
▪ Enter a date in the Completed column for when the task was completed. If a work order was completed for the location, item, or task, the date in the Completed column is automatically updated with the date on which the work order was completed.
▪ Enter the approximate age in the Age column for when the task was completed.
▪ Based on the date in the Completed Date column or the value in the Age column, values for the Life Span and Years Remaining columns are calculated.
▪ If the task is overdue, the value in the Years Rem. column is displayed in red.
▪ If there is an open work order, the work order number is displayed in the WO. Nbr column.
