This task is used to process an unscheduled recertification for a household in a USDA funding program. This task is similar to the To-Do List Activities for the Annual Recertification Process on the Occupancy and Compliance Detail > Annual Recertification tab.

Note

The effective date of the resulting certification defaults to the first of the next month.

 

To process an unscheduled recertification for a household in a USDA funding program, follow these steps:

1.         Go to Household Tab > General Tab.

2.         Go to Tasks > Unscheduled Recertification.

Note

There are four steps in this process. However, if the system administrator has set different options, some steps may not be required.

 

3.         Create 3rd-Party Verification Forms.

4.         Track Verification Forms.

5.         Member Changes, Process Income, Assets & Exp., and Create Certification.

6.         Enter Signed Dates for Certification.
