This is second step in the Interim or Unscheduled Recertification process.
Household Detail General Tab Tasks Interim Recertification or Unscheduled Recertification
Select 2. Track Verification Forms
You may reprint a verification form by clicking the printer icon next to the form.
Check the box in the Returned column and enter the Returned Date for each verification form that was returned.
Click Finished.
A pop-up will appear stating "You have successfully tracked the verification forms." Click OK.
You may go back to this step of the process to track additional verification forms if they were not all returned at the same time.
