You can use this task to record a household member's enrollment in a tenant services subprogram for the program to which they were referred.
Note
Prior to enrolling a household member in a tenant services program, tenant services for the community where the household member resides must be set up using the Community Tenant Services task on the Community Detail > General tab.
To enroll a household member in a tenant services program, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > Tenant Services Tab.
2. Go to Tasks > Enroll in Program.
3. Select the enrollment date from the calendar list.
4. Click Next.
5. If you want to print a document, select the check box next to the document name.
Note
Documents in the "Tenant Services Enroll in Program" document group in System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups are included in the list of available documents.
6. Specify the number of copies of each document to print.
7. To preview and print the document in Microsoft Word, click the preview icon.
8. Click Finished.
