What do I do if the CA revised my HAP and the regular assistance for a unit does not match what I requested?

2)  Delete the Move-In from the HAP 

3)  (Reschedule if Move-In date changes) Recertify and reconfirm the Move-In

4)  Add revised Move-In Certification to the HAP

5)  Send single transmission file

When the AR is completed, the subsidy will be rebilled on the household and included as an adjustment.

4. CA pays zero on a unit and is withholding payment on a unit when an AR is due but has continued to pay the old amount for one month or more

You need to ”r;Hold Payment”

In v7.2 this requires Bostonpost intervention to change the requested amount to 0 and leave the payment for next month.  Be prepared to answer these questions:

1.  Do you still have cert activity to correct and resubmit?

2.  Is the payment amount held by CA supposed to be requested again on next month's HAP?

3.  Will the payment amount held by CA be included in next month's payment?

Create the overdue AR as soon as possible to eliminate this problem from occurring every month.

5. CA pays zero to withhold payment for some other reason than an overdue AR

1)  Find out the reason payment is withheld by the CA

2)  Review Transaction tab

 

If certs are correct in Property Manager:
