Create New Export

Use this task to define a new Non-Financial Export. Once an export has been created, it can be maintained directly from the System Administration > Export Setup tab.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• The Non-Financial Export type is supported by Property Manager.

How do you get here?

To create a new Non-Financial Export:

1. Select the Community for which this export type is for.

   • You will need to create a Non-Financial Export for every community that will use it.

2. Select the Funding Program for which this export type is for

   • You can create a Non-Financial Export for every funding program in the community that will use it.

3. Select the Export Type to be defined for the selected community.

   • AMSI eSite UpdatePropertyData

   • AMSI eSite PurgeAllLeases

   • AMSI eSite UpdateLeases

   • MI Tax Credit Report

   • Ocius Billing Export - used with the Billing Export task on the Accounting Detail > General tab.

   • Vaultware Marketing

   • IRES UpdatePropertyData

   • Tax Credit Transmit

   • Tax Credit Transmit NAHMA v2.0

   • Tax Credit Transmit NAHMA v3.0

   • Tax Credit Transmit NAHMA v3.1

   • Tax Credit Transmit Emphasys

   • Tax Credit Transmit HUD

   • Tax Credit Transmit WBARS (Washington State)

   • Tax Credit Transmit Florida

   • Tax Credit Transmit Oregon

   • FADV CoreLogic

4. Complete the following fields:

   • Global URL Code

   • Export URL

   • Short Description

   • • For Tax Credit Exports, this field populates the Destination column on the Occupancy and Compliance Detail > LIHTC tab.

   • Export Database

   • Export Server

   • Export User Name

   • Export Password

   • Export Portfolio Name

   • • For Tax Credit Transmit, this field represents the LIHTC Community Nbr.  Be sure to enter this number without dashes.

     • For the FADV CoreLogic Export, this field represents the CoreLogic User Account (PropertyID).

   • Excluded Certtypes

   • • This field is used for Tax Credit Exports to define which certtypes should be excluded from transmission to the Tax Credit agency from the Occupancy and Compliance Detail > LIHTC tab.

5. Select whether or not to Auto Export.

6. Enter a Sort Order, if needed.

7. Select Active

8. Click Finished to add this Non-Financial Export.
