Amenity Maintenance Item Tracking

On the Item Tracking tab, you can record and track the entire inventory of items installed or available at the location. Normally, these are items that are not considered fixed assets. On this tab, you can also keep track of related maintenance tasks, such as painting or cleaning, and you can record when the tasks were last performed.  

Only Location Items that have their asset category set to Inventoried and have been included in the amenity's Maintenance Definition are listed here. For Location Items, when their associated Materials are installed or replaced, the completed date is listed with a link to the work order that was created for it.
