The Rent Information box contains the following information:
Current Rent: The tenant portion of rent as of today.
Gross Potential: The Gross Potential for the unit per the Rent Plan.
Tenant Balance: The tenant rent balance due as of today.
Rent 1: The Rent 1 Label can be set at Community Detail > Rent tab in the Rent Plan Information data window. The Rent 1 Label varies by funding program:

Restricted Rent: The maximum allowable rent for rent restricted communities.
EFT Check Box: Checked if the tenant is enrolled in EFT. This will change the way you apply payments from tenant and may effect document selection criteria. This check box is modified with the Modify EFT Choice task.
Total non-Rent Scheduled Charges: The current non-certified scheduled items for the household to be billed each month. These Scheduled Items are created on the Household Detail > Accounting > Receivables tab.
This will only be visible if the household has any of these scheduled items.
Exempt from Late Fee Check Box: This box should be checked if the tenant is currently exempt from late fees, so that the process will skip them when assessing charges for the community. This check box is modified with the View Household Activity Log task
Loss to Lease: If rent + subsidy is less than the Gross Potential and the Gross Potential Method is set to Effective with Transaction at the Community Detail > Rent tab, there will be an indication that this household is a "Loss to Lease"
