Undo Schedule Transfer

This task is used to undo the schedule step of a transfer to cancel the transfer.

To Undo the Scheduled step of the Transfer:

  1. Click Undo next to  2. Schedule Transfer

  2. Check the Yes, Continue with Cancel box.

  1. Click Finished.

An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.

If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.

If it passed click Close.

  1. A pop-up message will appear stating "You have successfully scheduled a transfer for this household." Click OK.
