This task is used to undo confirmed move-outs. After undoing a move-out, the household will have an active status, and the system will reverse all billing adjustments. This task will only undo the confirm move-out step only. You may also need to undo the schedule move-out step. If you cannot access the Undo Move-Out task for a tenant who recently moved out, another tenant may be scheduled to move in to the unit, or the unit may already be occupied.
To undo a move-out, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > General Tab.
2. Go to Tasks > Undo Move-Out.
3. Select the Yes, Continue With Undo check box.
4. Click Finished.
Note
If you want to change the date of a move-out, it is best to undo the move-out using this task, and reschedule the move-out on the correct date.
