This task is used to undo a swap for a household. This task is only available if the transaction was created using the Swap Counted Group task and has not been corrected before. If the resulting transaction has been corrected and transmitted, you can use the Delete Selected Transaction and MAT Record task from the Household Detail > Transactions tab.
To undo a swap for a household, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household Detail > General Tab.
2. Go to Tasks > Undo Last Swap Counted Group.
3. To confirm that you want to undo the swap, select the Yes, Continue with Undo check box.
4. Click Finished.
