Reminder Group Members

Property Manager automatically creates reminders for Move-Out Notifications, Security Deposit Notifications and EFT Change Notifications. On this table, you can set which employees receive these reminders. For each reminder group, you can add as many employees as needed by using the Insert New Item task.

To set the community's rental agent, who is specified on the Community Detail > General tab, as a recipient of the Security Deposit Notification reminder by selecting the Include Rental Agent parameter on the System Administration > Maintain Lookup Tables - Business Constants table.

All reminders are managed at Manage Reminders.
