On this table, you can create a remit-to address, which is used on the Rent Bill report. You can specify the remit-to address when using the Start New Payment Batch from File task for a lockbox file if the address is a PO box instead of the community, management office, or owner address. The remit-to address is assigned to a community in the Community Information window on the Community Detail > General tab.
