Restore Selected Waitlist Entry

This task is used to restore a single waitlist entry in a household.

Household Detail Waitlist Tab highlight the inactive waitlist row you want to restore Tasks Restore Selected Waitlist Entry

To Restore a Waitlist Entry:

  1. The waitlist entry will be listed with a check mark in the Select column - verify that it is the entry you want to restore.

  1. Check the box next to the reason you are restoring the waitlist entry.

  1. You are required to provide an explanation in the Additional Information field.

  1. Click Next.

  2. Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.

  3. Specify the number of copies you want for each document.

  1. Click Finished.

  2. A pop-up will appear stating "You have successfully restored the selected waitlist entry."  Click OK.
