This task is used to reprint the second notice letters you created with the Send Second Notices task.

Mailing Date for Notice: Enter the new mailing date or select the date from the drop-down calendar. This field will default to the current date.
Return By Date for Notice: Enter the new return by date or select the date from the drop-down calendar. The return date must be at least 14 days from the mailing date. The system will select 14 days from the mailing date you select as the default.
Select the households/waitlist entries for which you want to reprint a first notice letter by checking the boxes in the Select? column.
Click Next.
A pop-up window will appear asking "You have chosen to reprint X second notices. The mailing dates and return by dates for these second notices will be updated, if necessary. Continue?
Click Yes to continue. Click No to go back to the list.
The document you have set up as your second notice letter will be selected by default.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Waitlist Review: Second Notice" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
Specify the number of copies you want of each letter.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished to reprint your letters.
