Important Notices for Users:

Several improvements in functionality have been included in this maintenance release of 9.2.  Please check the following release notes for all other enhancements and changes delivered with 9.2:

Property Manager:

·        Occupancy and Compliance Detail

·       TRACS

·        IR 83540 - Notes are no longer missing from Owner/Agent Request Agreements on the Miscellaneous Adjustments tab.

·        IR 84015 - Apply credit events that are created on the Promissory Notes tab are now being recognized on the Repayment Agreements tab. Only payments that were posted to a note payable through the Apply Credits feature and have not been included on a HAP request prior to upgrading to version 9.2 were affected by this issue. Previously, the Note Payable charge types associated with the payment were not properly updated to the new Repayment Agreement charge types, and so the payments were not available for inclusion on the HAP. Additionally, the Apply Credit events were not listed on the Occupancy and Compliance Detail tab > Repayment Agreements tab or on the Repayment Agreements tab of the Build New HAP Request task. Now that this issue has been corrected, payments that could have been included on the November HAP may be available for inclusion on the December HAP. If this is the case, please contact Global Client Support.
