Important Notices for Users:

Several improvements in functionality have been included in this maintenance release of 9.2.  Please check the following release notes for all other enhancements and changes delivered with 9.2:

Property Manager:

·       Household Detail

·        Forms

·        IR 82963 - The New Jersey TIC form has been updated to maintain compliance.

·        IR 82965 - The New Jersey Self TIC form has been updated to maintain compliance.

·        IR 82982 - Overflow pages are now printing on the HUD 50059 form.

·        IR 82983 - The certification type listed on the HAP is now correct when a household has an interim recertification. Previously, the certification type was listed as a unit transfer.

·        IR 83499 - Unit transfer transactions are now being correctly reported on Part 3 of the HAP when an annual recertification or an interim recertification is on the same day.

·        Community Detail

·        Program Info

·        IR 83530 - When scheduling a move-in or a transfer for a household in the Tax Credit program, the drop-down menu for the counted income layers now correctly displays the layers listed on the Community Detail > Contract tab.

·        Occupancy and Compliance Detail

·       LIHTC

·        IR 72473 - Users can now designate a program as HOME City, HOME State, or HOME County programs for states that have multiple HOME programs.

·        IR 75632 - The Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS) XML now correctly populates the Special Needs option when the name of the program is Special Needs and the name of the funding layer is any applicable special needs commitment. Previously, the Special Needs option was only correctly populated when the name of the program was any applicable special needs commitment. Additionally, the WBARS XML can now accommodate households with multiple special needs commitments.

·        IR 76197 - Errors exporting the full time student status and the income and asset elements of the Emphasys XML have been corrected.

·        IR 76653 - The WBARS XML now correctly populates the Rental Assistance Source field with a program name instead of Other.

·       System Administration Detail

·        IR 71973 - The Last Vendor ID field in the MRI Export will now update correctly when refunding a utility reimbursement.
