Important Notices for v7.6.16 Users:

This is a summary of enhancements made with 7.6.16.  Details of each enhancement are described in the appropriate sections of the Help documentation, which you can get to by clicking the links for each of these enhancements.

In this maintenance release of 7.6 we have updated HUD forms and the HUD Model Lease forms.

Updates to HUD-50059 & HUD-50059A Forms:

Both HUD Forms 50059 & 50059A have been updated for headings, field numbering and changes made to the continuation page of HUD-50059.  Both forms are now completely current with changes due to 2.0.2.C.  Expiration Dates have been removed from the upper right-hand corner of each page as it is not required when the form is printed by software, and the approval dates have been updated to the current version of the forms. (Household Detail > Transactions)

Updates to HUD Voucher and Special Claims Forms:

We have updated the Voucher and Special Claims forms for text and formatting, including adding the public reporting burden where required.  The OMB expiration date is not required when the form is generated from software. (Occupancy & Compliance Detail > TRACS)

Updates to the HUD Model Lease Forms:

The 4 HUD Model Leases are available for you to include in Documents for Property Manager (Document  FAQs).  These have been updated to avoid MOR (Management and Occupancy Review) findings.  To take advantage of these new forms, you will need to load them into your database via the Document Management tab under System Administration.  The 4 updated standard HUD Model Leases are available at Help > Check for Updates to Documents.

These OMB approved leases now contain the public reporting burden language at the end of each lease, as well as the HUD form number and form approval date.  The OMB approval number and OMB expiration date are not required on leases generated by TRACS or other software used by the O/A.

For HUD required documents, we have added these documents to every customer database based on either the HUD sample or HUD required version.  All of these documents have "BP Master" in their file name and these documents can be found under System Administration > Maintain Documents by selecting the Document Name "Bostonpost Master Documents".  With this change, these BP Master documents can be updated automatically in Property Manager in the future when HUD makes any changes.  The Word merge documents included under this document name are:
