This task is used to process a waitlist review for a household.
There must be an active waitlist entry in the household for which a waitlist review has been started and a notice sent.

Choose Waitlist Review Notice
Check the box next to the notice you want to process.
Click the radio button next to the action you want to take for the notice you are processing.
Click Next.
Process Waitlist Entries
Depending on the action you selected in the previous step you will see different information on this screen.
Undeliverable - If you selected this action in the previous step the waitlist entries for the selected notice are marked for removal in this step.
No Response - If you selected this action in the previous step the waitlist entries for the selected notice are marked for a second notice to be created in this step.
Process - If you selected this action in the previous step you will have the option to remove or keep waitlist entries for the selected notice by checking the box next to the waitlist entries you want to remove.
Click Next. A pop-up notice will appear indicating how many waitlist entries you are removing and/or keeping and asking you if you want to continue.
Click No if you need to make changes, or click Yes to proceed to the Print Options.
Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.
You can also use the Select All and Deselect All links to help in making your selections.
Documents included in the "Pre-Certify Household: Process Pre-Certification" Document Group (System Administration > Maintain Documents - Maintain Document Groups) will be included in the list of available documents.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished.
