This task is used to change the effective date of a household member(s) change.

How do you get here?

Household Detail Members Tab highlight the member change line item in Member History Tasks Modify Effective Date

To Modify the Effective Date:

  1. Check the box next to Change the Effective Date?

  2. Enter the revised effective date for the member change or select it from the drop-down calendar.

  3. Click Next.

An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.

If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.

If it passed click Close.

  1. Click Finished.
