If your project worksheet in Property Manager matches the project worksheet on the MINC site, you should use Update Totals task to advance to the next month.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

How do you get here?

Occupancy and Compliance Detail MINC Project Worksheet Tasks Update Totals

To Update Totals:

  1. Enter a Surcharge Amount, if applicable

  2. Click Next.

  3. Select the available forms you want to print by clicking the box next to the document name.

  4. Specify the number of copies you want for each document.

  5. Click Finished to print the documents you selected.
