This object is a listing of To Do List Links from Occupancy and Compliance Detail, Accounting Detail and Maintenance Detail and spans 1/3 of the Dashboard width. Each To Do List Link will include a count of how many items in that To Do List that are pending and need to be addressed. Double clicking a link will bring you to that To Do List window. Please note that the information on the Dashboard is displayed for ”All Authorized Communities”. The object has a configuration screen to customize which To Do List items will be displayed. When adding this object and you wish to display all To Do List links, you need to specify at least 5 rows for the object.
Please note that you must select the To Do List links in the configuration popup window. Also note that once they’ve been selected, they will only be displayed in the dashboard window when there are items to do for that link.
