To view the status code history of a household's repayment agreement, follow these steps:
1. Go to Household > Accounting > Promissory Notes.
2. In the Scheduled Item(s) area, highlight the repayment agreement for which you want to view the status code history.
3. Go to Tasks > View Repayment Status Code History.
4. On the Repayment Status Code History tab, you can review information about the status codes that have been associated with the repayment agreement in the following columns:
▪ Status Code—Displays the status code.
▪ Description—Displays the brief description of the status code.
▪ Current Status—Displays Yes if the status is the current status of the repayment agreement. Displays No if the status is a previous status of the repayment agreement.
▪ User—Displays the user name of the user who updated the repayment agreement to that status.
▪ Last Update—Displays the date and time when the user updated the repayment agreement to that status.
5. Click Finished.
