This data window displays customized codes that provide additional information about the household.  User Codes are set-up and maintained at the System Administration > User Codes tab, and then added on the Additional Info Tab of a Household or the User Codes tab of a Community or Unit.  They can be used to store such information as Automobile Description, Parking Permit Numbers, Pet Descriptions, etc.

The following information is included:

• Description of the user code

• Value, which can be a date, number, text, or dollar amount

• Date and time last updated and by whom
