On this tab, you can set up and maintain user codes as community, unit, or household codes. Once defined, users can assign the user code on the User Code tab for the community, unit, or household.
User codes are very flexible and allow you to define acceptable values or allow a user to enter a variable value. User codes can be used to store such information as automobile descriptions, parking permit numbers, pet descriptions, and so on.
