This tab is used to assign codes that provide additional information about the unit selected in the context bar. User codes are set-up in System Administration, and then added on the User Codes tab of a household, community, or unit. They can be used to store information such as automobile description, parking permit numbers, pet descriptions, and so on.
The following fields are displayed:
▪ Description—Displays a description of the user code.
▪ Value—Displays the value of the user code. This can be a date, number, text, or dollar amount.
▪ Last Updated—Displays the date and time on which the user code was last updated.
▪ Last Updated By—Displays the user who last updated the user code.
