This is the Unit Turnover details for the Unit Turnover row highlighted/selected above.
Old Resident - Lists the Old Tenant's name, their Legal Outdate (the date the tenant will be active through and the end date for receivables), and their Actual Outdate (the date the tenant is physically leaving the unit). Old Resident's Actual Outdate can be maintained from this window. Just enter a new date and click the Save button.
New Applicant - this is the New Tenant's name and their Scheduled Move-In Date. This information will be blank until a household is scheduled to move into the selected unit.
Maintenance Information - all fields in this section are maintainable from this window.
Target Ready Date - the date that the selected unit is expected to be ready for occupancy.
Once entered, this becomes the Ready Date in the list of Unit Turnover rows above.
Once a Target Ready Date has been defined for the Unit Turnover row, both the maintenance and rental flags will be active.
This date becomes the "Available Date" on Manage Vacancy tab under Occupancy and Compliance Detail > Manage Vacancies.
Maintenance Start Date and End Dates - the date that the maintenance department is to start work on the vacant unit to get it ready for it's next occupant, and the date that it was completed.
Rental and Maintenance Flags - These flags will be selected and de-selected based on dates as discussed above in the Unit Turnover section.
These flags can be manually selected and de-selected from here if necessary.
Modernization Start and End Dates - optional date fields for when a unit is upgraded as part of the Unit Turnover process.
