The Gross Potential Activity tab displays gross potential history and a list of scheduled items for the unit selected in the context bar. When a unit is vacant, the vacancy scheduled item and charges appear on this tab. If the Broken Lease Method is set to Charge Balance at MO, Rebate if Rented on the Community Detail > Rent tab, and if the last household broke their lease, then a Schedule to Amortize Unearned Income from the Broken Lease is displayed here.
