Construction Company Materials Accounting is used in Maintenance Company Detail to define the GL account numbers used when materials are billed by the maintenance company, or in-house vendor, to the communities in your database. Construction Company Materials Accounting can be assigned to materials at System Administration > Maintenance Setup - Materials as Materials Income Accounts.
