This task is used to schedule a current tenant for a unit transfer within the community.
Step 1. Apply for Transfer of the Transfer Household task must have been completed at the household level.
If a future swap exists for the household you will need to contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 to undo the swap before you can schedule the Unit Transfer.

You may also schedule a transfer from the Household General Tab using the Transfer Household task.
Highlight the vacant unit you wish to transfer the tenant into on the top portion of the screen.
Highlight the tenant you wish to transfer on the bottom portion of the screen.
Click the Tasks button.
Select Schedule Transfer from the task list.
Move-In Date: Enter the date of the new unit Move-In or select it from the drop-down calendar.
Actual Out Date: Enter the date of the old unit Move-Out or select it from the drop-down calendar. It should be the day before the new unit Move-In.
Click Next.
Verify the household, pending unit, and schedule information is correct. If you need to make changes click Prev to return to the previous screen.
You may enter a waitlist comment.
You may enter a new turnover note.
Click Next.
An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.
If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
If it passed click Close.
Select any available documents you want to print by checking the box next to the document name.
Specify the number of copies you want for each document.
You can preview many of the documents in Microsoft Word, make changes, and print them within Microsoft Word by clicking the preview icon.
Click Finished.
A pop-up message will appear stating "You have successfully scheduled a transfer for this household." Click OK.
