New Fields in Configurable Reporting
When running the Move-Out report and Unit Activity report (Move-In/Move-Out/Transfer) as configurable reports, users can now select to view the Lease Expire Date and no_lease_ind fields on the reports. By including these fields on the reports, users can leverage the reports to view households that moved out of their units prior to the lease expiration date.
Resident Check Screening Integration
The integration between Bostonpost Property Manager and Resident Check is now available. When Resident Check is integrated with Bostonpost, for communities with active waitlists, users can export information about the households and additional occupants on the waitlist, and then this information can be transmitted to Resident Check, which offers credit screening and background checks.
For more information about setting up the Resident Check integration, refer to the "Setting Up the Resident Check Integration" topic.

In addition, to accommodate the additional information required on the report by the USDA to maintain compliance, on the Add Waitlist Note/Activity task, the Application Completed transaction type has been added as an option in the Waitlist Transaction Type field. When this transaction type is used, the Application Completed column of the Waitlist Activity report is populated for the household. |
