o       IR 74594 - The HUD Passbook Rate is now correctly reported as 0 on the 50059 form for BMIR certifications, regardless of the household’s total cash value of assets.

o       IR 84173 - The HUD Passbook Rate has been updated to maintain compliance with the February 2015 amount.
