Important Notices for Users:

Several improvements in functionality have been included in this maintenance release of 9.2.  Please check the following release notes for all other enhancements and changes delivered with 9.2:

Property Manager:

·        Amenity Detail

§        General Tab

o       IR 80739 - Amenities that are placed permanently offline are no longer listed to be modified or trigger monthly billing.

·        Occupancy and Compliance Detail

§        LIHTC

o       IR 73219 - The XML format for HUD's LIHTC Tenant Data Collection has been added for states that do not use NAHMA, Mitas, or Emphasys transmission formats.

o       IR 75985 - Unit Transfer files are no longer failing in the Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS) because of missing move-out dates.

o       IR 80784 - Unit Transfer files are now correctly populated in WBARS transmissions.
