Modify Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

This task is used to edit a waitlist note/activity to a waiting household.

Prerequisites:

• Only waitlist notes/activities that were added by a user with the Add Waitlist Note/Activity task can be deleted.

• You cannot delete the notes/activities that were added by the system during a process.

How do you get here?

Community Detail Waitlist Tab or Manage Vacancies Tab highlight the household highlight the note/activity Tasks Modify Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

To Modify a Waitlist Note/Activity:

1. The Add New Waitlist Transaction pop-up window will appear with the selected note/activity.

2. Make any necessary changes to the note/activity.

3. Click Cancel, Save & Add Another, or Save.
