Delete Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

This task is used to delete a waitlist note/activity to a waiting household.

Prerequisites:

• Only waitlist notes/activities that were added by a user with the Add Waitlist Note/Activity task can be deleted.  You cannot delete the notes/activities that were added by the system during a process.

How do you get here?

Community Detail Waitlist Tab or Manage Vacancies Tab highlight the household highlight the note/activity Tasks Delete Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

Occupancy and Compliance Waitlist Tab or Manage Vacancies Tab highlight the household highlight the note/activity Tasks Delete Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

or

Household Detail Waitlist Tab highlight the note/activity Tasks Delete Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

or

Conversion Detail Waitlist Tab Tasks Delete Selected Waitlist Note/Activity

To Delete a Waitlist Note/Activity:

1. A pop-up window will appear asking "Are you sure you wish to delete the selected Waitlist Note/Activity?"

2. Click Yes to delete it.
