This task is used to correct the Move-In date of a household when the household does not have a Move-In certification in Property Manager (i.e. - household was moved into a unit before the community was converted into Property Manager and their first certification in Property Manager is not the Move-In cert). If the household has a Move-In certification appearing on the Household Detail > Transaction tab and you attempt to use this task, you will receive a Failed message stating that "This household has a valid move-in transaction. To change the move-in date, you must use the Undo Move-In task (Household Detail > General tab). If this task is unavailable, contact your system administrator or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
The household does not have a Move-In certification on the Household Detail > Transaction tab.

Click Next.
Enter the new move-in date or select it from drop-down calendar.
The New move-in date cannot be newer than the oldest certification for the household on the Household Detail > Transaction tab.
The New move-in date cannot be newer than the "Live" date of the community in Property Manager (Community Detail > General tab).
Click Finished.
A pop-up will appear asking if you wish to change the date. Click Yes to confirm the change.
An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.
If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Client Support at myMRI or contact a Client Support Analyst directly at (877) 579-8896 for assistance.
If it passed click Close.
