Why can't I send the 2nd or 3rd notice in the Annual Recertification Process - Send Notices Activity?

Property Manager will automatically change the status of your household (between when 1st, 2nd or 3rd notices are due) to be ready for the next notice when the number of days between today and the recert date is less than the number of days specified for each notice in the Annual Recertification data window on the Community Detail > Program Groups tab.

 

For example,  The second notice will be sent 90 days in advance of the next recert date.  The system counts the number of days.  So even though 11/1 is 3 months before a 2/1/08 recert date, it is still 92 days away.  You can wait till 11/3 to send the notice, or you could increase the number of days in advance to send the second notice.
