Delete a Private Template  

This task is used to delete a Private Additional Check, Problem, Work Order or Inspection Templates that have not been used to create work.  Once a Template is referenced in a Work Order or Inspection, it cannot be deleted.  Instead, you can use a Modify task to make it inactive.

Prerequisites to complete task correctly.

• The Template has not been used/referenced in a Work Order or Inspection.

To delete an existing Private Template:

1. Select the Confirm Delete parameter.

2. Click Finished.
