The Lease object
displays the amount of households that are past due on their lease renewal.
The display can be grouped by community, rental agent, district, or region.
Clicking an amount opens a box that lists the households that have lease
renewals past due. You can drill down to view additional unit or household
details, and you can click Go to Lease
to go the Occupancy
& Compliance Detail > Leases tab with the selected household
highlighted. This object also has a print icon, which will print the view
in a formatted report, and an export icon, which will export the view
into a text, Excel, or .pdf file.
