The Annual Recertification
object displays the number of households that are past due on their
annual recertification. This object is designed to present you with statistics
about how many days past due households are for the communities to which
you have access. The display can be grouped by community, rental
agent, district, or region. Clicking an amount opens a box listing
households that have annual recertifications past due, and you can drill
down to view unit or household details. From within this view, you can
click Go to AR 
to go the Occupancy &
Compliance Detail > Annual Recertification tab with the selected
household highlighted. This object also has a print icon, which will print
the view in a formatted report, and an export icon, which will export
the view into a text, Excel, or .pdf file.
