The Unit Turnovers tab displays information regarding the turnover process. When you schedule a move-out, the unit becomes available on the Unit Turnovers tab. If you want to create a special claim for vacancy for HUD, you can enter the end date for maintenance on the Unit Turnovers tab.
The Unit Turnovers tab can be accessed from Community Detail and Occupancy and Compliance Detail. When you access this tab from Occupancy and Compliance Detail, you can view unit turnovers from all authorized communities. When you access this tab from Community Detail, you can only view unit turnovers from one community at a time.
