Cancel the Removal of Selected Member

This task is used to cancel the removal of a household member you completed with the Remove Member task.

How do you get here?

Household Detail Members Tab highlight the Member Removed line item in the Member History section Tasks Cancel the Removal of Selected Member

To Cancel the Removal of the Selected Member:

  1. Click Next.

  2. Click the check box to proceed with the cancellation of this member removal.

  3. Click Finished.

An Overall Status window will pop up with a Passed or Failed message.

If it failed you may need to make a correction or contact Bostonpost Support for assistance.

If it passed click Close.

Expected Result:

The Member Removed line item will be removed from the Member History section on the History Tab, and the member will again be listed on the Members Tab.
