This charge is used to create amenity deposits on a household when they rent an amenity.

When creating amenity deposits, you can specify a default fixed amount.  The

$ amount entered here will pre-fill in the task to add a new deposit to a household.

For example, all Amenity Deposits are setup at $15.  The user can accept this default or

modify the amount.
