To-Do List - Obtain Tenant Signatures

This is the second step in the Annual process.  This section is a “holding” area reserved for tenants who have responded to the notice, but have not yet returned all the necessary paperwork to begin verifying references.  In this step you will make any necessary changes to the household's references, and print the verification forms to be mailed to those references, for the purpose of verifying the financial information provided to you by the tenant for the recertification.

Once a tenant signatures have been received and verification forms have been sent out, that household will move onto the next step of the Annual Recertification To-Do List.
