The information on the screen relates to the household displayed in the context bar. You can select a different household by clicking the household drop-down list. You can also sort the household list by unit number or by last name.
Special Considerations when the community also rents amenities:
The household drop-down list will contain both residents and non-residents who are currently renting an amenity.
If a household who rents an apartment also rents an amenity, they will only show in the household drop-down list once under the Apt Nbr they are renting.
If you select a household who only rents an amenity (non-resident), you will have their amenity unit in context which opens up the amenity accounting tasks for the selected non-resident.
