The Last Updated date represents the last time the LIHTC TIC Form was updated in Property Manager.

The Spectrum TIC and Spectrum Self TIC cover the following states: Connecticut (CT), Hawaii (HI), Massachusetts (MA), Maryland (MD), Virgin Islands (VI), West Virginia (WV) and Wyoming (WY).
State of Connecticut
Used by the RD Section 538 program.
Starting in 2011, included with the CA TIC will be a supplemental form (CA TIC Supplement - Last Updated Dec 2010). This supplement will be printed for any household in residence on 01/01/2011 at the time of their regular Annual Recertification or Self-Certification.
The MI Detail TIC displays Income identified by each member without summarization by Type (A, B, C or D)

New and/or updated Tax Credit TIC forms will be gathered and distributed as part of the normal weekly release process. If you need to update the Forms Version for your Property Manager database, navigate to Help and select "Check for Updates to Forms". If there is a new Forms Version available, you will be prompted to install it. If you choose to install, the Property Manager Update Web Site will open in your Web Browser. Follow the instructions from there to install or download the updates. Be sure to select the correct Forms Update based on the Forms Version you are on before the update is performed.

Note: If you don't see the TIC form you are looking for, navigate to the File menu and select "Check for Updates to Forms" to make sure you have all of the current Supported TIC Forms.
